satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for
payments made to FancyBubbles.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 14 calendar days of your first
payment (initial purchase).
- It is your first-time payment on FancyBubbles — subsequent renewals or additional
purchases are not eligible.
- You submit your refund request through the proper channels (see Section 4 below).
2. Refund Scope
2.1 What Is Covered
- First-time subscription payments (monthly or yearly) made within the 14-day window.
- Both bank transfer payments and electronic payments are covered.
2.2 What Is NOT Covered
- Renewal payments: Refunds are only available for the first payment. Subsequent
renewals are non-refundable.
- Custom domain setup fees: Any fees specifically for domain provisioning or SSL
certificate setup are non-refundable once the domain has been configured.
- Requests made after 14 days: The 14-day period is counted from the date of your
first successful payment. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations: If your account was suspended
or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible
for a refund.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Bank transfers: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business
days to the original bank account used for payment.
- Electronic payments (PayPal/Stripe): Refunds will be processed within 3–5
business days to the original payment method.
3.2 What Happens After a Refund
Upon successful refund processing:
- Your subscription will be immediately cancelled.
- Your generated website will be taken offline and will no longer be accessible to
visitors.
- Any connected custom domains will be disconnected.
- Your account will remain active, and you may purchase a new subscription at any time.
- Website data may be retained for up to 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@fancybubbles.net with the subject line:
"Refund Request"
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address
- The date of your payment
- Payment amount and method (bank transfer / PayPal / Stripe)
- Transaction ID or receipt reference number
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Service.
- Repeated refund requests (e.g., subscribing and refunding multiple times).
- Requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at

Dispute." We will review your case within 5 business days and provide a final decision.

"Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the
